What does it cost to use eraiESCROW?

eraiESCROW is the most affordable escrow service in the industry. Our rates are as follows, based on the dollar amount of your sales transaction.

$0-$25,000	1.5% Transaction fee ($125.00 minimum).
$25,000-$100,000	1% Transaction fee.
Over $100,000	.50% Transaction fee.

Transaction fees are typically paid by the Buyer; however, other arrangements such as a split can be negotiated beforehand and become part of the agreement provided the terms are agreeable to both the Buyer and Seller.
